Alignments
Our alignment services correct distortions and warping in metal components caused by machining, welding, or previous thermal treatments. We use controlled heating and cooling cycles to restore dimensional accuracy while maintaining the integrity of your materials.
Atmospheric Furnace Services
We operate a variety of atmospheric furnaces designed to process metals under controlled environmental conditions. These systems prevent oxidation and decarburization, producing consistent results for components requiring specific surface characteristics and mechanical properties.
Bake Outs
Bake out procedures remove hydrogen absorbed during plating, welding, or cleaning operations that can lead to embrittlement. This thermal treatment prevents delayed cracking and ensures the long-term reliability of high-strength fasteners and structural components.
Coating Cures
Our coating cure services provide precise temperature control to properly bond protective finishes and specialty coatings to metal substrates. We handle powder coatings, epoxies, and other applied finishes, ensuring complete cross-linking for maximum adhesion and durability.

Hardness Testing
Quality hardness testing verifies that heat treatment processes achieve the required mechanical properties specified in your engineering drawings. We perform Rockwell, Brinell, and other standardized hardness measurements to confirm your components meet industry standards and application requirements.
Stabilizations
Stress relief stabilization treatments reduce residual stresses locked into metal parts during fabrication and machining. These controlled thermal cycles improve dimensional stability, minimize the risk of distortion during subsequent processing, and extend component service life in demanding applications.
Tempering
Tempering reduces the brittleness of hardened steels while maintaining desired strength levels for specific applications. Our technicians carefully control time and temperature parameters to achieve the right balance between hardness, toughness, and ductility required for your components.
