Texas Stress has developed and maintains a safety program with guidelines and detailed procedures to ensure that we protect our most valuable resources...people.  Texas Stress, Inc. Expects to Maintain a Zero Accident/Incident Rate on All Project Sites. This is demonstrated through our Employee Training and Proven by Our Safety Record.Every piece of equipment operated by Texas Stress is equipped with modern safety features integrated in the design and manufacturing of that piece.

Texas Stress practices a pre-hire, random and for cause drug test policy in addition to documented general safety inspections carried out on a routine basis.

Texas Stress is committed to Safety; we want all personnel coming to work at our company to return home in the same condition they arrived.

How do we manage
Texas Stress employs a safety officer in charge of all safety. Responsibilities are Training, Inspections, Job site Audits & Evaluations, Support for technicians. This is in addition to every job having a "toolbox " meeting or "Jobsite Analysis " completed on each job.

How do we certify our employees to perform their work
Work is certified and documented via the Strip Chart which Records Temperature against Time. All Recording Instruments are Calibrated for Accuracy every 6 Months.

How do we maintain and build the heat treating/stress relieving qualifications of our employees
Personnel are trained and tested in Stages Utilizing our Operations Training Manual & Facility. Texas Stress has a full-scale training facility at our shop. All employees come in once a month for an 8-hour class where they are trained and practice real life scenarios. Simultaneously they are trained in the field by experienced technicians.

How many years of experience do we require our Lead technicians to have
A minimum of Three Years Experience is required to Lead Projects with more than 5 Assistants On-Site.
